The roadmap consists of methodology for service innovation. It is a practical toolkit developed in partnership with municipalities for anyone working with service innovation. It is specifically tailored to realize the opportunities inherent in adopting welfare technological solutions in the health and care sector.
The roadmap for service innovation takes you through five innovation phases from identifying needs for new practices till they are put into operation. Each phase is described on a general level with associated activities and brief introductions of different methods and tools. In the tools you will find references to more detailed descriptions of how you use them. The five phases are: “before you begin”, “insights and ideas”, “development, testing and evaluation”, “transition to operation” and “new practice”.
